  • Due to the bespoke nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns or cancellations for personalized items.

Returns and Refunds:

• • We do not accept returns and offer refunds
  • If you receive a faulty or incorrect item , please contact us within 24 hours of receipt. We will make sure you have the correct item delivered.

Order Confirmation:

• • Once an order is placed and confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or modified due to the personalized nature of the products.
