Shipping policy

Turnaround Time

    • Our current processing time is 1-4 business days, not including weekends or holidays
    • Any order placed after 3PM is considered next day
    • Saturday and Sunday orderes are processed on Monday

Delivery Delays and Responsibilities

    • Please ensure you have entered the correct shipping address. If you have entered the wrong address and your order has not been shipped yet, your order will be cancelled and refunded. You will need to place another order with the correct address
    • If your order has been shipped to the wrong address, you will be solely responsible for contacting the carrier for change of address
    • In the unfortunate event of a loss during transit, the carrier will be solely responsible for resolving the issue. Please contact us if your order hasn't been delivered for over 14 days and we will aid you in the process of finding your order
    • Should any damage occur during transit, we kindly request that the buyer provides a photo of the damaged item for us to escalate the matter to the carrier
    • Any delays occurring after dispatch are the sole responsibility of the carrier

Shipping Methods

    • Orders will be shipped via Royal Mail 1st and 2nd class services
    • Shipping costs are covered by the customer
    • Most commonly used packages will be "Letter" or "Large Letter" sized
